> Evaluation of Drawing
 
  As a first step, our well-qualified personnel of engineering department will evaluate the drawing   and shall     prepare in-house casting drawing in accordance with achievable investment casting   tolerances as per     National & International standards of Investment Castings. The drawing shall be submitted to the   buyer     for    approval.
   
> Methoding Card
 
  The Moulds are developed as per our injection machine requirements with a single / multi-cavity injection     depending on requirement of the buyer’s quantity. The same is a negative replica of the parts to be     produced.
   
> Die (Mould) Manufacturing
 
  The Moulds are developed as per our injection machine requirements with a single / multi-cavity injection     depending on requirement of the buyer’s quantity. The same is a negative replica of the parts to be     produced
   
> Wax Models
 
  A fusible substance (“Wax”) will be injected to the Mould to produce models of the desired component.     These models are called “Wax Patterns”.
   
> Assembly
 
  The “Wax patterns” are attached to central wax stick called “Sprue” to form a casting cluster or assembly     or  Tree structure having feeding, gate and runners.
   
> Shell Building
 
  Well prepared ceramic slurries and refractory sands are applied to the wax assembly with various layers     and are kept for drying to form a “Shell”.
   
> De-waxing
 
  Once the applied ceramic slurries and refractory sands are dried, shell will be made vacuum by melting     out     the injected wax from the shells.
   
>Shell Baking
 
  Once the wax is removed from the shell, the same are heated to a suitable temperature so that the     required metal can be poured in the same.
   
>Pouring
 
  The specified molten metal is poured into the hot backed hollow shells and allowing for natural cooling.
   
> Knock-out
 
  After the metal has solidified, the ceramic shell is broken with the help of knock-out machine.
   
> Cut-off
 
  The castings are then separated from the central “Sprue” using a friction saw.
   
> Heat–treatment
 
  Once the casting are separated the same are given for heat-treatment for annealing, solution annealing as     per material specification requirements.
   
> Finished Castings
 
  After the minor finishing such as gate removal, cleaning and shot blasting is done.
   
> Inspection
 
  The castings are thoroughly inspected that is visually/dimensionally. Thereafter, the castings are ready for     shipment to customer.
